Baby – a little bit of heaven sent down to earth.

It’s been a couple of crazy days on our part of the world. We had a hurricane that didn’t cause much damage but left us with a lot of rain and about two days without power. When the sun finally showed up and the electricity came back on, we found this sweet baby boy abandoned in front of our door. He was inside this wool crocheted cocoon, wearing nothing but a piece of cloth wrapped around as a diaper. I became very worried and held him right away while my husband searched around the neighborhood to see if we could find who left him there. Of course we had no luck and had to just keep him in the house. I gave him a warm bath and decided to make him some clothes. He’s real tiny and doesn’t really fit into real baby’s clothes.

He got along with the kids right away and even our pets seem drawn to him. I must say he’s a very special boy. There is something about him that makes you fall in love with him from the get go. He radiates peace and warmth. The only way I can describe it is that he makes me feel like Christmas. He’s also very smart and well behaved, and I believe he’s somehow magical. I could swear he turned his water into juice. I mean, I gave hima sippy cup with water. I am sure it was water because I would never ever give an infant juice. I turned my back for a minute and when I look back at him he was drinking juice. Another day I could swear I saw him crawling over the water on the kiddie pool. My husband doesn´t believe me but I know what I saw. I freaked out for a minute but then thought it was a cool trick and maybe he’s some kind of magical being in training. I love everything magical, so I’m pretty curious to find out who or what he is.

As much as we love this sweet baby boy, he needs someone that can take care of him properly and right now we have our hands full with the little ones of our own. Of course we will take care of him until we can find him a loving home, but we are hoping that could be soon.

Baby Jesús is a 10 inch natural fibers baby boy doll. His skin is Laib Yala red brown color, his limbs and torso are firmly filled with clean wool and glass beads. His head is very floppy and needs to be supported at all times, just like a real newborn baby. His legs are torso are one piece. Arms are sewn directly to the torso with upholstery and polyester thread. They are very floppy. His face is firmly needle felted, soft sculpted, and hand embroidered with cotton embroidery floss. Jesús’ hair is a dark wild brushable mohair wig cap. It can be gently brushed. He’s fully soft sculpted, weighted in the torso, arms, and legs, and he’s anatomically correct.

Jesús will go home with all the clothes and accessories you see in his photos.

Jesús’ adoption fee is 320 USDollars plus shipping. Shipping inside Mexico is free, to the US, PR, and Canada is 18 USDollars and for the rest of the world is 30 USDollars via regular mail. If you would like him to be shipped priority please contact me to get a quote.

There are short payment plans available, but at least 1/4 of the doll’s price needs to be paid upfront. From that payment 50 dollars will be taken as a non refundable deposit that will go towards the final price of the doll. Shipping can be paid afterwards. The doll will be shipped after it is paid in full, including shipping.
