Did you know?…Once a bunny loves you, they’ll always love you!

I hope you are reading this with a happy heart, and if you are not, I hope this read makes your heart happy.

I got some more Easter babies for you. Though these ones are not bunnies themselves, they have cute bunny ears and floral dresses that are perfect for the season. These little ones have some new things that you may not notice unless you have one of this style of babies already. For instance, the head is attached differently so I can have more control and can give them more of a chin, which not always happened before. I also changed the way I closed the body and it involves way more hand sewing that takes more time but I must say I’m happier with the results. Every seam is sewn three times to ensure they are as sturdy as possible. I also changed the way I crocheted the wig caps. I wanted the brushable mohair cap to look a little more wispy and not too dense. I feel like they don’t look that babyish when they have a lot of hair. I was able to make them a little less dense without compromising on the coverage of the head. So I think that is a win. I went and did it three times and that is why they all have wild brushable mohair hair. I really like how they came out and I hope you like them too.

First born is baby Inés. Inés is a quiet little baby that sleeps most of the time. She likes to dream of all the marshmallow bunnies she will eat when Easter comes. Well, she thinks she will eat a lot of them but I would recommend you watch she doesn’t eat that many or else she’ll get a stomach ache. Her favorite color is pink, well coral if we want to be specific. Inés’ loves bedtime stories, especially if it involves bunnies. The tale of Peter Rabbit is her favorite.

Inés’ skin is Laib Yala in Tanned Peach. Her closed eyes have been embroidered with cotton DMC thread in a brown tone. Her hair is a blonde wild brushable mohair cap that has been securely sewn to her head. You can gently brush her hair and change her hairstyle.

Baby Imogen is the middle child. Imogen is an artist and she loves to finger paint. It is a little messy, I’m not going to lie, but she’s just a baby so the mess is really a necessity for her. She’s already planning all the colors she will use to paint her Easter eggs. She wants to mix so many colors I’m afraid she’s going to end up with a bunch of brown eggs if some one doesn’t guide her just a bit. I hope one of you will. Imogen’s favorite color is lavender, she loves flowers and loves to paint them and she wants to eat chocolate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Of course, I don’t allow it. I give her a piece every now and then for dessert only.

Imogen’s skin is DWE in Dark Brown. Her eyes have been embroidered with cotton DMC thread in black and a little bit of white. Her hair is a black wild brushable mohair cap that has been securely sewn to her head. You can gently brush her hair and change her hairstyle.

Irene is the youngest one and the one that can’t stand still. Irene has a really fun personality but you should always keep an eye on her because she’s also fearless and that is something terrifying for any parent, at least in my experience. Irene’s favorite color is blue and her favorite fruit is blueberries, she wanted me to tell you so you can have some at home when she arrives, haha! She’s really excited about the egg hunt and says she will get all the eggs in no time. She also plans to stay up all night and sneak up on the Easter Bunny. She wants to sneak into his basket so he can take her to his burrows. She’s been obsessed about them since she saw the movie Rise of the Guardians.

Irene’s skin is Laib Yala in Light Brown. Her eyes have been embroidered with cotton DMC thread in a brown tone and a little bit of white. Her hair is a brunette wild brushable mohair cap that has been securely sewn to her head. You can gently brush her hair and change her hairstyle.

These babies are all about 12 inches long (give and take) and are looking for new homes. They were made as toy dolls suited for children 5 and up that do not mouth their toys. They are natural fibers dolls, filled with clean wool. Their heads have been made in the traditional Waldorf style with some needle felting to make them firmer. They have floppy heads, legs, arms. Legs bend at the knees, and arms bend at the elbows. They are really easy and fun to pose. Their eyes have been hand embroidered with cotton DMC thread. Their clothes are made with cotton woven fabrics, double gauze, and wool blend fabric.

They will each go home with the following clothes and accessories:

• Handmade dress, pattern by Fig and Me
• Handmade bloomers, pattern by Fig and Me
• Handmade diaper with velcro closures
• Handmade booties
• Handmade bonnet, pattern by Fig and Me
• A little traveling bunny friend
• A simple blanket.

Each doll is made to be as sturdy as possible. However, small children’s play should always be monitored. Never leave a small infant unattended with a stuffed toy.

Each baby’s adoption fee is 210 USDollars plus shipping. Shipping to Mexico is free and 18 USDollars for the rest of the world.

Priority shipping is 30 USD for the US and Canada. Priority shipping to other countries would need a revised quote. If you would like priority shipping please let me know before hand so I can adjust the shipping price.

If you would like to adopt any of these babies, make sure you comment on this post writing your PayPal email address and stating the name of the baby doll you want: Inés, for the blonde baby girl with sleeping eyes, Imogen for the dark brown baby girl with black open eyes, and/or Irene for the tan girl with open brown eyes. If you want more than one, make sure you write the names in the priority you would like them. If there is more than one person interested in any of the dolls, I will draw a name. However, I will try to divide them as fair as I can to give opportunity to the most people to bring one home. I will take entries for these babies until tomorrow Tuesday March 16 at 4pm CST.
