And the last of the creepy cuties of the year has arrived. Please meet Sammy. She’s an actual doll, that has been taken apart and put back together many times. That is why she has so many scars. Is not her fault so don’t be scared of her. She’s a sweetheart. You see she was brought to life by what some people might call, a mad scientist. I am not sure why he wanted her to be alive. Maybe it reminded her of his child? Maybe he felt lonely. Who knows? The thing is, he was not really paying much attention to her, so she spent most of the day crying inside her crib. I don’t know what got over me, but one day, I just grabbed her from her crib, which was next to the window, and I have kept her since then. I have given her all the love I can, and she has turned out to be the sweetest, most grateful baby ever. I know you might think I stole her, but I feel like I actually saved her. He hasn’t really looked for her and I heard he decided to make a woman now instead of a child. So I guess we are ok. Now with so many babies being born these days, I can’t really keep her here. So we are looking for a loving home for her. She’s very well behaved and it is not scared of the dark. She does not need food or water because well, she’s a doll. She nourishes herself with all the love you can give her.

Sammy is an almost 7 inch baby girl. Her skin is Organic Cotton Interlock hand dyed to a pale blue. Her eyes and scars have been hand embroidered with DMC thread, and her dark red hair is a hand crocheted cotton yarn cap with loop stitch. It has been hand sewn to her head. She has a firmly needle felted face with soft sculpted features. She’s fully soft sculpted. Her blushing was made with a orange/red beeswax crayon and is not permanent. She is a natural fibers doll, filled with clean wool. Her head arms and legs are floppy for better posing.

Sammy will go home with the clothes you see in her photos. All handmade by me.

This doll has been made as sturdy as possible but her outfit includes snaps, and is hand painted so it is not recommended for kids that that still mouth their toys. This doll is intended for adults and children 5 years or older that do not mouth their toys and can be gentle with their dolls.

Sammy’s adoption fee is 290 USDollars plus shipping. Shipping inside Mexico is free with Standard registered mail (It can be upgraded at the customer expense); to the US, Canada, and PR is 30 USDollars through Mexpost (Mexican Priority Shipping). Other countries will need a revised quote. If you would like your doll to be sent with a private courier with full insurance let me know so I can give you an accurate quote. Customs taxes and fees may apply and they are the costumers responsibility.

Make sure the email you enter is your PayPal one and don’t forget to write down the country the doll will be sent to. If there is more than one person interested in her, I will draw a name. I will take entries for Sammy until tomorrow Thursday October 5, 2023, at 6pm CST. Remember comments are only visible to me. Once a family has been chosen I will send a PayPal invoice that is due upon receipt. Because I know some people live in a different time zone, I will give until 6am CST on September 6 for the doll to be paid or else the doll will go to the next person.
